Guest guest
I would not prescribe ge gen as a single herb to a patient, but when it comes to treating myself, I can be downright lazy. So, are there any downsides or concerns about taking ge gen as a single herb at a standard dose (concentrated grangule) as long as it is indicated in my pattern of neck pain / stiffness. Thanks. Guest guest
I don't see any problem with it. Ge Gen is used in Chinese/Japanese cooking/baking, too. Guest guest
The prepared starch of ge gen is considered to be a medicinal food in Japanese cuisine, especially in macrobiotics. It is very beneficial as 'kitchen medicine' for colds and poor digestion. On Oct 17, 2008, at 8:38 PM, Gerry Kuo wrote: > I don't see any problem with it.
