Guest guest
Newyorker.com has a long article about a natural restaurant in Hangzhou and their search for organic ingredients. It's called Letter from China: Garden of Contentment. Read it soon, Newyorker.com is a weekly magazine and doesn't archive its material. Guest guest
I got it. . . a great article on Chinese traditional cuisine. Too bad that such a restaurant is so rare in China, and that they have to struggle to find the natural ingredients that were ubiquitous one generation ago.
