Guest guest
Can anyone provide me with some general information/resources regarding the proper/acceptable storage temperature and humidity ranges for " most " raw herbs ingredients? I've recently been faced with the challenge of relocating my raw herb back stock to a new location that has less than optimal temperature control. Basically the room has a 10-12 foot high ceiling and an under-functioning a/c. Thus the temperature varies greatly from the shelves closer to the ground to those nearest the ceiling. Humidity doesn't seem to be much of an issue. I would appreciate any input so I can begin to figure what temp is too warm to store the majority of my herbs (stems, leaves, bark, roots, etc) Thanks in advance for the advice, -Joe Joe Recsnik L.Ac. jrecsnik
