Two very different formulas for Jujing Wan (Chrysanthemum Eye Pills)

To add to the confusion about two different MEANINGS for Jujing Wan,

different RECIPES for Jujing Wan (Chrysanthemum Eye Pills):

 

FORMULA 1: Juhua (Gan) 120g; Gouqizi 90g; Roucongrong 60g; Bajitian /

Weiba 30g; grind finely & make honey pills circa size of Wutongzida (large

Dryandra S); Tone + Nourish LV-KI Insufficiency; Brighten Eyes

(Mingyanmu); Strengthen Vision (Qiangmuli); Tx LV-KI Insufficiency w

vision~ dim (Yanmu Hun'an), vision~ blurred [not bright / crisp] (Zhanshu

Buming), ???? (Mangmang Momo), ?? common sight black flower

(Changjian Heihua), many cold tears (Duoyou Lenglei); 30-50 pills (9g) /

dose, taken on empty ST (Kongfu Shiyong) w warm wine / warm salty water

FORMULA 2: Tianmendong 120g; Juhua (Gan) 30g; Chuanxiong 30g;

What do the Pinyin terms " Mangmang Momo " and " Changjian

Heihua " mean in relation to eye diseases?
