Guest guest
Hi All, I'd like to give a patient 2-3 g (raw, ground up) suan zao ren to take as a draft for sleep. Does anyone know how much this is in volume? Teaspoon? Half teaspoon? And/or how do you have your patients parcel it out if the pharmacy gives them a bag of ground herbs? In school we used to separate it out into 2-3 g doses, but this seems laborious and unnecessary. Thanks, Sarah Rivkin
