Guest guest
Hi All, Can anyone recommend a classical formula for athletes to take previous to competitions? Also, anyone know a good formula to give a boost during those long days? I've experimented with various ones, though I'd like to see what others recommend. Thank you, Dave Vitello

Guest guest
Ren Shen (Dang Shen) 5 + Mai Men Dong 3 + Wu Wei Zi 1 = Sheng Mai San (Pulse-generating powder) You can brew the herbal tea with these herbs and replace the sport drink with it or make it stronger and drink it about 1 hour before competition. Very simple but effective. You can try it next time before your aerobic exercise. I'm not sure if it can boost the explosiveness of the athletes, but definately increase the endurance.
