Guest guest
Hi, I'm sending this pre-announcement to let you know that I am releasing an iPhone App for TCM students and practitioners around the 1st week of May. My app is called TCM Clinic Aid. TCM Clinic Aid is designed to be a reference tool for students and practitioners of Traditional . It's comprised of a relational database of 1600+ herbs, formulas, acupuncture points, auricular points, and diagnosis etiologies. Herbs, formulas, and auricular points can be arranged and viewed by functional category, or by alphabetical indexing. One of the key features of TCM Clinic Aid is the ability to search for herbs, formulas, points, or diagnosis by symptoms or indications. The search engine can take 1 or more search criteria. Plus you can search for a specific name of an item. Herb names can be searched by pinyin, English, and botanical; formulas can be searched by pinyin and English; diagnosis can be searched by pathology, i.e., " Liver Yang Rising. " Just to let you know who I am. I was a software engineer for 22 years before I went back to school to get my MSTCM and then graduated from ACTCM. I've been in practice (acupuncturist and herbalist) in the Bay Area for over 2 years. Once a geek, always a geek. For specific questions about TCM Clinic Aid, please contact me at info. A brief description of the product can be seen at www.CyberAndSons.com. ------ Gary 'JB' Baranzini, L.Ac In Balance Acupuncture 4133 Mohr Ave., Suite I Pleasanton, CA 94566 jb www.InBalanceAcupuncture.com
