Hi All:

Can anyone help recommend which herbs might be good for malaria prevention,

while visiting an African country?    Also, does anyone have any experience

treating malaria using qing hao in a formula?

And does anyone know any TCM practitioners in any of the following countries:

Kenya, Nigeria, Cameroon, South Africa.

thanks,

Gena

I took Brewers Yeast tablets for a few weeks before, and while I

traveled in Africa and had no mosquito bites. They don't taste good

but they worked. It changes how you smell and they are not attracted

to it.

There is a brilliant fertility specialist in S. Africa that I met at a

course in NY though Mike Berkely on fertility. I don't recall his

name but Mike may be able to clarify. His website is
