to Nan Jing this autumn/early winter to study with Dr. Huang Huang.

Nanjing Study Tour

 

 

 

Introduction:

 

Professor Huang Huang is one of China’s foremost experts in the use of

formulas from Shang Han Lun and Jin Gui Yao Lue in the treatment of

difficult-to-treat disease. In 1989 he was sent by the Chinese

Government Education Committee to spend one year researching geriatric

medicine at the Japanese Jing Du University. In 2001 he was awarded a

Ph.D for his research in traditional medicine and its applications.

Professor Huang dedicates his lifelong study to differential diagnosis

of herbal patterns. His book “Zhong Jing Fifty Herbal Patterns” is the

brain child of his research. The theory of “Fang Zheng” or “Formula

Pattern” helps to unlock the secrets and application of Jing Fang. In

this seminar, Professor Huang will share with you his clinical

applications of some key Shang Han Lun and Jin Gui Yao Lue formulas

and modifications for the treatment of the above-mentioned disorders.

 

 

 

Objective of the Nanjing Study Tour: To upgrade practitioners clinical

skill

 

 

 

This is a planned study tour to gain clinical knowledge with Professor

Huang Huang of Nanjing University of . The first tour

will commence on Monday 30th November 2009 and ends on Sunday 6th

December 2009 (7 days) and the tour number is restricted to 12 to 15

per group. The second tour will commence on Monday 7th December 2009

and ends on Saturday 12th December 2009 (7 days). Participants of

each of these tours will arrive in Nanjing on Sunday (29th November #1

tour and 6th December #2 tour for initial briefing from Greta Young).

Most participants of this tour attend two weeks which is from 30th

November 2009 to 12th December 2009.

 

Cost: A$1250 per person per week which includes clinic with Huang

Huang (3 half days: Monday (0800-1200), Tuesday (1.30pm – 6.30pm) and

Saturday (0800-1200); Huang Huang lectures: Wednesday, Thursday and

Friday (3 half days) to be arranged on arrival;

 

Case studies analysis by Huang Huang Ph.D student Huang Bo : Tuesday

and Saturday (two half days); and one half day of forum with questions

and answers on Saturday 12th December 2009 with Professor Huang Huang.
