rice crispies boost immunity

I remind people that General Mills, Dr. Graham (of graham crackers) and Post (I

believe) were the Dr. Weils of their time, trying to invent healthy foods. Oh

well... Whole Foods will soon, if not already, be passe.

Wow!

I've always hated rice crispies... but in view of this astonishing

'research' it seems I should eat lots of it... inasmuch as what tastes

bad must be good for you..!!??
