My good friend, Joseph Wagner of Siddhi Energetics is able to get some really

great quality shilajit from Nepal from time to time in very small and limited

quantities. Because he was so enthusiastic about his last shipment, I finally

agreed to try it. (I think he only had 30 very small jars.) I've been taking it

for about a month, maybe six weeks; I don't think longer than that. I take a

very small amount, the size of a mung bean, first thing in the morning with some

hot water. It immediately cut my need for sleep by an hour so that I can get up

at 4 AM ready to rumble. Even though I'm only getting six or less hours of sleep

per night, I don't feel at all tired during the day. I've always been someone

who needed relatively a lot of sleep. So I've found this quite remarkable, not

to mention extremely useful for getting more done each day.
