Guest guest
For those who practice Five Element acupuncture, quick question: What's the month for ST/LI viscera? Context: In what month are the related viscera of Yangming (ST/LI) prosperous? Thanks, Gloria
Guest guest
It's just like the daily clock. You start counting from midnight/ winter solstice, which is the GB time (december, loosely speaking). Or you can count back from high noon/summer solstice and the HT. june HT may SP april ST march LI feb Lu jan Liv dec GB Like so. Most Worsley-style 5 Element people don't practice this way, by the way-- they just focus on the seasons. Heiner Fruehauf teaches and practices by this model. I've found it to be useful, as one among various maps of the territory.
