Pre-Tax Profit x 1 Year. The other factors are abiguous. Location and

attendant factors, terms of office lease, frequency and consistency of

referral sources, local laws, local economic conditions - present and

future, will present owner stay long enough post transfer of ownership to

help foster and solidify key relationships with buyer.
