Huangniubi (Yellow Ox Nose) is just a synonym for Niubi (Ox

Nose). As Charolais, Simmenthals or Friesians are common European

breeds of cattle, Huangniu (Yellow Cattle) are from a common

Chinese breed. They are all cattle / cows / oxen.

My summary of Eric´s reference is:

Chinese Name: Niubi ; Huangniubi ; Shuiniubi ;

Latin Name: Bovis tauri domestici / Bubali bubalis Nasus

English Name: Ox / Buffalo Nose

However, Niubi / Huangniubi is included in a formula to do just that -
