Hello everyone,

Thank you for the invitation. I'm also not a vegetarian like Doug,

but I like eating vegetables.

I'm originally from Indonesia and many Indonesian food are spicy.

Everyday I cook asian food, mostly Indonesian. I like to try new

recipes too :-)

Regards,

Pauline

Hello Pauline,

You're very welcome here - you don't have to be vegetarian to enjoy

vegetarian food *lol*

I love Indonesian food - and I spent many many holidays as well as study/

research trips in and around the Island of Bali some years back (no, not at

Kuta!), esp. up around Ubud and Tjampuan as well as nearer Denpasar -

although I do understand that it has changed a lot since then. One thing that's

great is the Indonesian invention of tempeh! I'm having a hard time finding it

where I am living now, but I shall keep trying. One thing, it freezes well, so

when I do find it I shall buy up several packages and thaw them out as I need

them!

We look forward to hearing from you. Please feel free to post often ;=)

It's good to have you here - let us know how the recipes go, won't you? If

there are problems with any of them - and sometimes things aren't always as

clear as they might be to everyone - just post a query, okay?? that goes for

everyone, of course ;=)

Feedback, please, everyone!!! *lol* We love feedback!!!
