Personally, chicken broth or beef broth doesn't bother me as an ingredient

on this list because I substitute those ingredients with a product called

vegetarian chicken broth which I buy at Whole Foods. And, I do this

substituting so automatically that I never notice those ingredients in a

recipe and am sure that I have committed the same terrible " crime " as you

have :-)

Writing group this morning then a friends for lunch then the usual chores.Does anyone think Paul MacCartney has changed ? I used to admire him and Linda a great deal the brought animal issues to a lot of peoples attention, but now he appears to have gone a little weird and everything he says doesn`t seem to ring true, perhaps its just me.Sandy

I don't think he is very intelligent . He wasn't vegan was he . And silly Linda changed the recipes so we could not eat her food any more Definitely not on our side

Please don't feel you have to go! There's no problem about having people in

this group because they eat meat - everyone is welcome here ;=) We just ask

that you be respectful of those who do not eat meat and that you do not post

recipes that have meat in them - that's all ;=)

 

One thing about vegetables - almost everyone eats them! So, feel free to stay

- all non-vegetarians are welcome to stay - and contribute to the group ;=)

There should be some good ideas for some good eating - and you can

always add what you want to the dishes at your own table!
