Guest guest Posted May 28, 2004 Report Share Posted May 28, 2004 This is always a favorite at pot lucks... 1 1/2 c water 1 T vegetarian bouillon (chicken flavor, I get mine from a Vietnamese store. They have a lot of vegetarian stuff, including Oyster Sauce) 1/4 c. green onions, chopped 2 Thai chilies, chopped 1 c. Jasmine rice 1 T ginger root, minced 1/8 t. turimic 2 T lime juice 1 T cilantro, chopped peanuts Combine the first 7 ingredents in the rice steamer & cook for 37-39 minutes.
