Curried Peas and Cauliflower 1 c frozen defrosted green peas 1/3 head cauliflower, coursely chopped 1 carrot, finely grated 1 tomato, coursely chopped 1 T red onion, finely minced 1/4 c sunflower seeds Combine together in a salad bowl. Set aside while preparing sauce. Sauce 1 clove garlic, finely minced 1 t fresh ginger, finely minced 1 T curry powder (use your personal favorite blend) 1 t paprika pinch cayenne, if the curry powder doesn't contain any pinch celtic sea salt pinch coursely ground black pepper, if desired Turmeric, to taste 1/2c Follow Your Heart Veganaise In blender, add all spices and Veganaise. Turn blender on low, until completely combined. Taste it, to see if you need to adjust the spices. I like my curried peas vibrantly colored, so at this point I often add a little turmeric.
