Guest guest
Oh my, I'll have to remember not to sweat around you, then. I can't imagine a pizza place staying in business while screwing up so much. Maybe it's time to find a new restaurant! Jim <jdsears669 wrote: I guess meat eaters sense of smell isn't as accute as ours. I can smell fish and/or beef in flesh-eaters sweat. I guess what really amazes me is the pizza's come from the same place, get delivered to the same house, get sent back to be replaced and they still get it wrong. Maybe the cook gets to eat the 'mistakes' for free..... , Beth Renzetti <elmothree2000> wrote: > HOW can anyone be amazed that you could smell pepperoni??!! > > Jim <jdsears669> wrote:I couldn't begin to count the amount of times a pizza showed up at my > door with pepperoni rather than mushrooms. Guest guest
Jim (and others) About the smell of meat: I can relate as well. My daughter and I (both vegetarians) complain about the smell of meat all the time. I work in a healthfood store with a natural butcher shop and a natural cheese section, and can't stand to walk past either one! Meat smells like death, blood, and rot to me, and cheese smells like moldy mucous! YEACH!!!! Meat eaters have the smell of death and rot on them, cheese eaters smell like fermented mucous. How can anyone not smell that! We barbequed at the store the other day for a cook-out promo. Everyone commented how GOOD it smelled. Someone asked me, doesn't that smell good? I said it smelled like burnt flesh! (oh, yeah, you're a vegan!) Someday they'll get it. (I hope!) But as for pizza delivery: Went to my daughter's for swimming party, last night. The pizza delivery guy forgot my salad, AFTER lengthy conversation on the phone about no cheese, bacon bits, etc. on the salad. Sent the guy back for the salad, you guessed it, cheese and bacon bits all over the place, sent back again for the right salad. All this only a day after my Taco Bueno fiasco. I'm swearin' off fast food for life! :D , Beth Renzetti <elmothree2000> wrote: > HOW can anyone be amazed that you could smell pepperoni??!! > > Jim <jdsears669> wrote:I couldn't begin to count the amount of times a pizza showed up at my > door with pepperoni rather than mushrooms. Guest guest
The service these folks provide leaves a lot to be desired, that's for sure. But sometimes you just have to laugh. As for the smell of death at BBQ's, you are 100% right. Murdered animals, marinated in blood and pus, hmmmmmm!!!
