Do people here have a problem buying

tofu here. I like mine firm and I have to drive an hour away to buy

Spring Creek organic tofu. They have one in the market near here but

it is very soft though it says firm, good for scramble tofu. Swan tofu

I heard is Spring Creek and been buying it since the 80's, when I

started this. Black beans and garbanzo are the next beans I use alot.

i use to grow my own sprouts then but I stopped, but I still make my

bread 80% of the time. This is another problem handmade good bread is

an hour away too, so I make it myself.
