Guest guest
Hi! My name is Daniel Plourd but most people call me Dan. I have been interested in vegetarian cooking for over a year now. I currently live in Scarborough, Maine and will be relocating to the Burlington, Vermont area in the Fall 2005. I am 38, will be 39 on June 22. Asisde from the invitation, I joined this group becuase I believe it will help me make some changes in my lifestyle. I am on a continual journey to learn more, and cleanse my soul. Eating properly certainly allows room for growth! I enjoy all types of food-specifically Thai. I have been dabbling with Middle Eastern cuisine as well and am finding that interesting. The spicier the better! It is amazing what a little curry, wasabi, Mongolian Fire Oil, etc. can do for a dish. Looking forward to this group and what it will have to offer! Have a great day- Dan
Guest guest
Hi Dan and welcome ;=) Well, you've come to the right place if you want change, I'd say *lol* and it's good to find other people besides myself who like Thai food. I still have dreams of duplicating some of the wonderful food I ate there, but most recipes don't come near it - and not just because western Thai restaurants don't put enough chilies in the dishes! Enjoy the list ;=) Chat again soon. gf , " Daniel " <danbear@m...> wrote: > Hi! > > My name is Daniel Plourd but most people call me Dan.
