I haven't tried this (maybe this weekend) but it looks the most authentic.

Thanks, Gary ;=) I'm pretty sure they must use buckwheat to make the bread in

the Ethiopian restaurants here. I'll experiment - I don't use pancake or biscuit

mixes, but I will get some buckwheat flour and give it a try ;=) Fun!

 

Mild warning: nice site (see link below in Gary's part of the message), but

purists should note that the site is decidedly not vegetarian and therefore may

offend ;=)
