I figure it'll take me ages to read them all, let alone try them! *lol* If any of you would like to comment on *any* of the recipes given on Vegetarian Spice after you've tried them, please do so. (If you find that these announcements fill up your mailboxes too much or are otherwise annoying, please let me know offlist , okay?) It's not often we have so many great recipes from several people all at once! I want to thank Tara for the recipes she has posted. I have copied five of them into the Files so far and I think I'm correct in saying that those that I have marked Lacto-Vegetarian could be veganized without too much problem ;=) A tip: always check *all* recipes when looking for vegan ones - it's sometimes just simply a matter of substituting soy marg for butter or soymilk for cow's milk. Cheese can be a larger problem, of course, depending on availability. I'll get more recipes in the Files over the next couple of days. Thanks to everyone! And now, if we're not utterly intimidated by such displays of fine cooking and eating, let's hear from the rest of you - chat if not food chat ;=) Don't be shy!
