Guest guest Posted July 30, 2004 Report Share Posted July 30, 2004 Yum Met Mamuang Himaphan, Spicy Fried Cashew Nuts 3/4 lb cashew nuts 3 spring onions, sliced 3 serrano chiles, sliced 1/2 tsp salt 2 cups vegetable oil Place the oil in a wok over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the cashews and fry until golden, then remove and drain. Toss the cashews with the spring onion,chile and salt. Serve and enjoy!
