Enjoy it tossed into your salad bowl with crisp lettuce, cherry tomatoes and sweet red peppers. 1 Tbs. vegetable oil 4 cups broccoli florets 1 & #8260;4 cup vegetable broth or water 2 Tbs. Red Chili Dipping Sauce In a hot wok or skillet, heat vegetable oil for 1 minute over medium high heat and then add broccoli. Toss until bright green; add vegetable broth and cover tightly. Reduce heat to medium and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until tender crisp. Uncover and add the red chili dipping sauce, toss well and transfer to a serving dish. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
