Guest guest Posted August 6, 2004 Report Share Posted August 6, 2004 Sweet and Hot Chili Sauce A sweet-and-hot sauce to use in place of salsa or catsup. 1 Tbs. fresh red chili, minced 1 & #8260;2 cup rice vinegar 1 Tbs. sugar 1 tsp. garlic, minced In a small pot, heat chili, vinegar,sugar and garlic together over low heat.
