I know it depends on your age and how many kids you've previously had but I was curious how others out there have been dealing with this. Well, for your information, I have 2 kids age 5 yrs and a baby 6 months.... To be frank wt you my weight was about 82kgs when my pregnancy reached 9 months. Emmediately after my delivery ( 3 days later after my due) my weight was 78kgs. I was in dileamma thinking about my weight. To be frank with you, I took almost 4 weeks to go back to my previous weight, that's about 63kgs. Guess how I went through.... I went on vegetarian, and wat only 1 table sppin of rice for my lunch and dinner. I was even on no sugar, no milo and no sweet at all....
