Guest guest
Thanks for asking, Shari! So far I've only made Jim's classic raita, in the raw foods section of our files: http://f5.grp.fs.com/v1/4CIlQQqGAbs6lj6h9M0iuHVcUOMvw4-xFBoMI-U_KXvCl2B_wP6\ pPdX0SVswDpVt7i83YgqYMjUwPspJErpGMzCFi-e15MsBOX3yuA/RAW%20FOODS%2C%20SALADS%2C%2\ 0SALSAS%2C%20ETC./Classic%20Raita My husband said it's the best raita he's ever had. Better than what he's served in the Indian restaurants he goes to for lunch (in Manhattan). He also said it's the 1st time he's seen tomatoes. But he LOVED it. The kids weren't crazy about it. I liked it but eh, the cumin didn't do it for me. (sorry, Jim) I'm planning on making gazpacho soon. The cukes are happily waiting in the crisper.
