How long have you been a vegetarian, or how long have you been interested in vegetarian cookery? I've been vegan for three years, and interested in cooking for as long as I can remember. 3. What country are you in now? U.S. 4. What city, town or region? Columbus, Ohio 5. What age are you (just roughly, very roughly!)? 30 6. Why did you join this group (apart from receiving an invitation! *lol*)? I am an avid cook and I especially love ethnic food. Anything spicy usually piques my interest! 7. What kinds of (vegetarian) foods or cuisines interest you most? I prepare a lot of Asian-style food, usually some hybrid of Chinese and Japanese. I also like to make curries, both Indian and Thai, though my methods would not be considered very authentic. Of course, Middle Eastern food is delicious, though I haven't made it much recently.
