One of the nice things about spicy vegetarian and vegan cooking is that you just don't miss the things you used to eat! Spicy food - especially if you try a cuisine you haven't tried before - is just that bit different that it is the easiest way imho to get over a whole bunch of cravings. Like, who needs cheese when you can have chilies! LOL As for middle eastern food, yes, it's great for vegetarians and vegans ;=) I don't think we have a falafel recipe in the Files, but perhaps you have one? If not, I have two or three nice ones that work really well and I'll try to post them in the next couple of days. Meanwhile, have a look around the webpage, v ote in our poll, etc. And I look forward to chatting with you on list again soon.
