Most of the time I am addressed as " Heybaby, make me.... " , or " Ma!!! " :-) 2. How long have you been a vegetarian, or how long have you been interested in vegetarian cookery? I was never taught how cook, so I took in a few lessons on my own watching Emeril on television, and that one gourmet chef that used to come on after Sesame Street. But, for about 6 months now, really cooking and learning more. 3. What country are you in now? USA 4. What city, town or region? Hopkinsville, KY 5. What age are you (just roughly, very roughly!)? Almost 22:-) 6. Why did you join this group (apart from receiving an invitation! *lol*)? The message in the group forum convinced me that theres more to cook, and more to learn while you burn....food, that is. 7. What kinds of (vegetarian) foods or cuisines interest you most? Mainly vegetable dishes (Of course) that my husband would enjoy. I try not to be picky as he is, but he hates vegetables that are green, except for green beans. I like to try different kinds of foods, and trying something new wouldn't be a bad idea, because he cringes when I make a chicken salad. Basically, I want to find new recipes with veggies that he would enjoy. 8. Is there anything you'd like to tell the group? I hope I don't come off as too much of a joking around type person, and that I do take this group seriously and will participate and help, as much as I can.:-) Nice to meet you all!
