ADMIN: More Recipes Posted to Files

The following Recipes have just been put in the Files:

 

Cumin Rice with Eggplant and Peppers

Au Gratin Peas and Chiles

Huevos Rancheros Los Californeos (also in folder marked for September -

Mexican Food)

Stuffed Jalapenos (also in Mexican Food folder)

Enchilladas w/ Sesame Cheez, Veg & Green Sauce (also in Mexican Food

Folder)

Tex-Mex Bake (also in Mexican Food Folder)

 

I have another 14 to go, by my count, but that'll have to do us for just now. I

thought we should have all the 'Mexican' (including tex-mex, etc.) together in

one folder for the month so that you can try them without having to search all

over for them.

 

If you have files posted *before* the ones noted here please check to see if

they are in the Files. If not, just let me know - along with the number of the

message so that I can find it easily ;=) Tom, your Recipe had to have its name

shortened to keep the computer happy.
