Folks, it's dead easy and takes only a second: When you hit " reply " , the text of the message you're answering comes up onscreen, correct? (Or it should; check your reply settings if it doesn't.) Pick out a few memory-jogging lines, as I did above, so we know what you're answering. " Select " EVERYTHING else on the page, by running your mouse down the page with the button held down. Hit " delete " , and it's all gone. Then just type in your reply after the lines you saved. That's it! Not rocket science, huh? And it really does make it easier on some of us.
