She would really like to avoid resorting to baked potatoes & salads. She's leaving in 5 days, so any info would be very appreciated! Hope someone here can help, but as backup go to our Links and go into the folder titled Restaurants and Travel - there are links there to help you find veggie restaurants and you can often read reviews, menus, etc. on line.
