Guest guest
Hi there Phyllis in Buffalo NY ;=) Pretty near to Canada, eh??? LOL Congratulations on deciding to make the change to a vegetarian diet ;=) We hope we can inspire you to take that final step! As for spicy food, everyone has their own idea of what 'spicy' means, but of course when you cook the food yourself you can always adjust the seasonings to suit yourself LOL Enjoy the list! Best, Pat ;=)
