Guest guest Posted September 30, 2004 Report Share Posted September 30, 2004 hi everyone, it's the end of the growing season, and i have a large amount of chiles (jalapenos, thai, and super chiles). i'm drying some and pickling some, but wanted to make hot sauce too. does anyone have a great hot sauce (not salsa) recipe that uses fresh chiles? Well, I dunno about you, but I just found a bunch in the Files in the Sauces, Gravies, blah blah blah folder. SAUCES%20AND%20GRAVIES%2C%20DRESSINGS%2C%20DIPS%20% 26%20SPREADS/ If you want asian hot sauces of various kinds, some are there, but otherwise you might try the following: Green Chile Sauce Green Chile Sauce II Hatch Green Chile Sauce Hot Pepper Sauce Hot Sauce Hot Sauce II Pepper Chile Sauce and more.
