Guest guest
Hi Everybody! Two new polls have just gone up to choose your favourite main course 'mexican' inspired recipes submitted in the last month. In the interests of fairness (what's that???) only recipes by current members are included AND vegan recipes are in one poll and ovo-lacto-vegetarian recipes in the second poll. Please feel free to vote for both. Then we will have a winner from each category! Check the OCTOBER 04 Mexico folder at the top of the Files page window, click into that and go to Main Course Mexican Recipes. As for the wonderful bounty of salsas, sauces, dips, etc., there's no reasonable way that we could have a vote on them - but please have a look at them in the Files! They are the ones not in a separate folder, obviously ;=) Needless to say, you should vote SOONEST! No names or email addresses will be displayed, so your vote is quite 'confidential', if that's of interest ;=) SOOOOOOOO, Go to the Files, check out the Mexico folder for the recipes, try out the wonderful food, then VOTE ;=) Best, Yer Moderators ;=)

Then I let it sit for 10 min (for the rice).... Nice and hot and very flavorful!!!! > > and note to self: after cutting chiles, DO NOT go and blow your nose! > >Nor try to remove loose eyelash from eye . . . :=( > >Hmmmmm.
