Guest guest
3 orange habaneros diced 1 jalapeno sliced 1 long green chili diced 1 large white onion sliced 1 large green bell pepper sliced 1 large red bell pepper sliced 1 large orange or yellow bell pepper sliced 1 tsp lemon pepper seasonings 1 tsp chili powder 1 1/2 cup spegetti sause (any brand) 1 cup garbonzo beans (canned) 1/2 zucchini sliced linguini 1/3 cup olive oil In a medium skillet on medium heat add olive oil and zuccini cook till partially browned on one side then add onions, bell peppers and lemon pepper. Stir until all onions begin to turn semi translucant and bell peppers have carmelization on edges. Add habaneros, jalapenos, green chili and chili powder. Cook till spicey peppers begin to get slightly cooked and softer. Add spegetti sause and allow to simmer. Cook linguini and drain. Stir in Chick peas. Once this is complete you can fold the sause into the pasta. Ready to eat and really really yummy! Ilove this recipe yet sometimes I forget how delicate some peoples mouths are and tend to burn them. (I burned my husband with my tacos and sister with my fajitas) I cutback on the spicyness in this recipe though. :-)
