How long have you been a vegetarian, or how long have you been interested in vegetarian cookery? I have been interested in vegetarian cooking for the last five years. 3. What country are you in now? USA. 4. What city, town or region? Dayton, Ohio. 5. What age are you (just roughly, very roughly!)? 39. 6. Why did you join this group (apart from receiving an invitation! *lol*)? I am interested in learning more about hot vegetarian foods. The hotter, the better. 7. What kinds of (vegetarian) foods or cuisines interest you most? Mexican, Italian, Tai. 8. Is there anything you'd like to tell the group? I'm actually also trying to avoid heavy starches. I don't eat pasta, rice or any form of bread, including breading.
