Wotsamatta with noodles???

Hey, guys, what's the matter with noodles??? We are mad for them in our

house - consume almost as many noodles, of one kind or another, as we do

rice. Quick and easy! Some, like the fine noodles (eg angel hair) cook in a

trice. Noodles can be boiled and drained and tossed or topped with a

wonderful sauce containing spices and vegetables or panfried into a 'nest' for

topping with the same, or baked, or filled (eg ravioli etc or 'pot stickers').

The

world eats noodles! Ya can even put em in soup (gasp!) LOL Last evening we

had spaghetti putanesca (yeah, without the dead salt f*sh ;=)), but that was

pretty trad. Good, though.

 

Anyone got a good tried and true recipe for mee krob?
