Hello everyone;

I made this dip with soft tofu and I made way too much.

I misjudge the quantities of things in what I created.

Now, I have lots of dip and was wanting to know if that would freeze well or not

?

Your help is much appreciated.

Thanks !!!

I-M

hugssssssssssss

GOD BLESS !!!!

I wish I could help on whether soft tofu freezes well or not. I was

wondering if you might be able to use it for or in another recipe. Perhaps

lighten it up and use it as a dressing to have a few salads during the

weekend or use it as a pasta or potato salad as a sub for the mayo

ingredient in the recipes. Just a thought...

Maybe we should have a " " party and take it off your hands

for you...no fuss, no muss and we'll clean the bowl for you. Yes, I like

answer " B " .

Shawn :)

I wish I could say it does ;=( Once I forgot and froze some creme soup I'd

made with tofu - a slip of the brain - and it was 'grainy' after it thawed. So

for a

dip, I'd be likely to *not* freeze it.

Best,

Pat ;=)
