It's official - with the results of the Poll on yer favourite 'Mexican' recipe,

the

Enchilladas win out in both vegetarian and vegan categories. Thanks to the

members who posted these two great recipes (you can still check them out in

the Files!) and those who voted. Thanks too to the members who posted the

other wonderful recipes - not your fault the folks are into enchilladas this

month LOL All the recipes were great - and I think this list is positively the

BEST!!!!

 

Celebrate - with wine, beer, coffee, tea, rootbeer, herbal infusions, icewater,

or just thin air - but celebrate ;=) (I always say, any excuse to be happy is a

good one heh heh heh)

That reminds me... What is the favorite Jewish wine?...... I WANNA GO TO MIAMI!!

I guess ya HAVE to be Jewish to tell that joke ;=) AND Jewish to laugh at it.

Funny about humour - I wonder what non-Americans make of the fascination

with Miami?? Oh, in Canada we know - the climate and all that - but why not

California or New Mexico or ???

 

Sorry, wandering off topic. So, for the OOTC, I'll note that Miami has a great

repuration for vegetarian and vegan restaurants! ;=)

YEAH!! Personally I much prefer California!!, but Miami was where all the Jews

from New York went to retire during the 50's and 60's. OVER 420 SERVED!! and

growing.
