Forgot to mention:

 

1. I am a poor colloege student so I use turmeric for the yellow

color. Saffron infused water will add the yellow color also

but an even better flavor.

2. Currants work very well in place of the dried cranberries.

This looks great - thanks so much. Now tell me, do you actually fold it together

so that it is, well, mixed - or . . . . ? Just wondering. I've not used

cranberries in

this way - great idea!
