Guest guest Posted October 27, 2004 Report Share Posted October 27, 2004 Had a whole lot of beets to cook up (okay they were on very very cheap for some reason at my local green grocer and they were small and fabulous), so I made half of them into a curry you must all try ;=) Sri Lanka Beetroot Curry (Vegan) which was kindly contributed some time ago by artichoke72x ;=) You will find it under Main Courses and Side Dishes in the Files. We didn't have a lot of leftovers - truly, my dh went wild for it ;=) This is definitely a keeper in our household.
