Guest guest Posted November 1, 2004 Report Share Posted November 1, 2004 I really just like the flavor of Old Bay. It's almost a season salt, without the salt, like a Mrs. Dash or something. It's one of my favorite additions to my spilt pea soup, or lentils. I'm from NC, and I don't really have the Maryland seafood connotation to it.
