I'm a bit of a language/grammar/spelling nerd, so I find everyone's points of view very interesting and even educational. But back to recipes... I have a really great spicy risotto recipe that I make all the time. It's a bit labor-intensive (stir, stir, stir some more, then stir...) but it is excellent and well worth the effort. I'll try to get back online later this evening and post it. Oh yes please do - seriously - cuz I just went through a few of my books and can't find one. I'm sure there is one somewhere that I've used at some time or other (or did I just add the spicy part?
