Carrot Avocado Soup one large avocado one cup carrot juice garlic to taste 1/2 teaspoon ginger or to taste, I like alot of ginger juice of 1/2 lemon sea salt to taste or liquid aminos cayenne pepper to taste one tablespoon olive oil Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. You can warm slightly over a low heat if you want, or do it in a vita-mix as I do, and leave it on for about 30 seconds longer, and it will be warm, but still raw. Awfully good.
