Guest guest
Thanks for that!, Gypsy ;=) Fast worker, eh? You say: > although i am no longer married to heem ;o)), i still cook indian > food, just with a little less spice as i live with my 90 yr. old mom > and my darling husband, jon. Oh good. That's what we like to hear - cooking the food, as well as having a darling husband, I mean LOL You should have lots of recipes for us - although it's hard to explain to most people exactly how to go about making some dishes that might be otherwise unknown to them. That's why I asked the question about your lovely recipe ;=) (You hadn't mentioned the mustard seeds in the ingredients . . . ) Since there are so many different recipes for Kosambari, it's good to know one that is tried and true. We'll get it up in the Files along with recent contributions soonest ;=) Best, Pat ;=)
