1. What is your name or what may we call you? Dagmara

 

2. How long have you been a vegetarian, or how long have you been interested in

vegetarian cookery? 9 years. I have been a strict vegetarian for 5 years and a

lacto-vegetarian for about 4 years before that.

 

3. What country are you in now? U.S.A.

 

4. What city, town or region? Chicago. IL

 

5. What age are you (just roughly, very roughly!)? 22

 

6. Why did you join this group (apart from receiving an invitation! *lol*)? I

am in search of some new and exciting vegan recipes. I also enjoy conversations

with fellow vegetarians/vegans; I am always learning something new.

 

7. What kinds of (vegetarian) foods or cuisines interest you most? My favorite

cuisines are Slavic, Middle Eastern (especially Syrian/Lebanese) and Italian,

but I am interested in anything that is vegan no matter what cuisine it comes
