Chili Garlic Sauce

 

6 servings

 

1 cup whole red hot chilies

4-6 - garlic cloves, chopped

1\2 cup water

 

 

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend to

a coarse purree.

You can always cut the recipe in half if you want.

 

As for freezing it....

 

I haven't tried to freeze it.
